This 1952 Jaguar XK120 roadster is powered by a replacement 3.4-liter inline-six linked with a four-speed manual transmission and is finished in white over red leather. Equipment includes dual SU carburetors, a dual exhaust system with quad outlets, a tan convertible top, a split front windshield, driving lights, red-finished 16” wire wheels with knock-off hubs, lap belts, a heater, and Smiths gauges. The current owner received the car as a gift from their late spouse, and work in 2026 consisted of replacing the brake master cylinder, wheel cylinders, and battery. This XK120 roadster is now offered on consignment by the selling dealer, a BaT Local Partner, with the owner’s manual, service records, a spare set of wheels and tires, and a Maryland title.
The car is finished in white and was repainted some time ago. Exterior equipment includes a tan convertible top, driving lights, tri-bar headlights, a split front windshield, and polished quad exhaust outlets.
Red-finished 16” wire wheels feature knock-off hubs and are mounted with Vredstein Sprint Classic tires. The car was factory equipped with an independent front suspension with telescopic-type hydraulic shock absorbers as well as semi-elliptical rear leaf springs and Girling hydraulic rear shock absorbers. Stopping power is provided by four-wheel drums. The brake master cylinder and wheel cylinders were replaced in January 2026.
The cabin features bucket seats with red leather upholstery complemented by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Amenities include lap belts, a heater, and a dashboard-mounted rearview mirror.
The four-spoke steering wheel fronts Smiths instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer, a reverse-sweep 6k-rpm tachometer with an inset analog clock, and auxiliary gauges. The five-digit odometer shows 4,900 miles, which is not considered to be accurate. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 3.4-liter DOHC inline-six features dual SU carburetors and was factory rated at 160 horsepower. An oil change was performed and the battery was replaced in January 2026.
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a four-speed manual transmission. A dual exhaust system has been added.
Included in the sale is a spare steering wheel, wind deflectors, seat belts, assorted literature as well as a collection of service records. The selling dealer notes that a spare set of wheels and tires also accompanies the vehicle.
The Maryland title lists “Actual Mileage” under the odometer brands section.
