This 1956 Jaguar XK140 MC roadster is a non-running project that is said to have remained with a single owner from 1964 until 2025. Finished in Pacific Blue over red leather, the car is equipped with a 3.4-liter inline-six, a C-Type cylinder head, a four-speed manual transmission, 16″ wire wheels, Lucas fog lights, a split windshield, and dual exhaust outlets. Acquired by the selling dealer in 2026, this XK140 rolling project is now offered at no reserve in Massachusetts with a New York registration.
The car is finished in Pacific Blue and features a split windshield, Lucas fog lights, bright trim, and full-width chrome bumpers with overriders. The convertible top is missing, the paint is aged, and rust and dents are present in the body panels.
The 16″ wire wheels wear a mixed set of aged Dunlop and Firestone tires that require replacement. A spare is housed in the trunk. The car is equipped with drum brakes at each corner, and the jack and tool kit are missing. The selling dealer notes that the car rolls.
The cabin’s carpets and red leather upholstery are aged and partially missing.
The four-spoke steering wheel frames Smiths instrumentation including a 140-mph speedometer, a reverse-sweep 6k-rpm tachometer, an ammeter, and gauges for oil pressure, water temperature, and fuel level. The five-digit odometer shows 62k miles though the total mileage is unknown.
The 3.4-liter inline-six is equipped with dual SU carburetors and a C-Type cylinder head. The engine does not run and or turn.
The car is equipped with a four-speed manual transmission.
The car does not have a title and it is being offered with its New York registration.
