Just found your site. I'm the 3rd owner of this Jaguar which I purchased in Toronto in 1979.
I will submit the gearbox, engine and body numbers in the next day or two. Perhaps a photo or two. The original warranty booklet and handbook are in the door pocket, so I will be able to give you the importers name ( Jaguar store ), and details of first delivery, again, in a day or two.
