This 1958 Jaguar XK150 Fixed-Head Coupe is presented by the selling dealer as a running project that he suggests could be made into a fun driver with fuel system work and other details. The Jag’s chassis, body, and engine numbers (shown in photos) match the Jaguar Heritage Trust Certificate for the car. The seller, an established dealer and trader of classic Jaguars and other European cars, reports buying this Jaguar from the family of the man who owned it for 12 years. “He tinkered with the car, but it was rarely driven,” he says. “The car will drive, but it currently does not stay running long enough to go any distance.” The Jaguar had an older restoration, with the exterior and interior colors changed. An engine cold compression test on 8/14/26 showed roughly 145-150 psi on all six cylinders, seen in the supplied images. New spark plugs were installed during that test. The seller says, “The fuel pump sounds like it is working, but the fuel system will have to be gone through, as well as whatever else the car may need to get it running and driving correctly.”
