Description
XK 150 3.8 L DHC Automatic of 1960 and there were only 77 of these cars made.
This car has been completely restored to a very nice driver standard. The restoration was done about three years ago. All door gaps are very nice with no door sag. All the chrome and glass is in great shape. The convertible top and rear window is also in very good condition. This car was stripped to bare metal and all metal work was done. The entire interior was redone in Connelly leather and still smells like new. The Borg Warner trans was updated to a GM 700, which makes for a great driving car on the road and on the highway. All lights and turn signals work. The brake system was completely rebuilt, which included the booster, master cyl. and all callipers. All brake lines were replaced. This Jag also has new 16-inch chrome wire wheels and new tires. The generator was replaced with a late model alternator, which is also a great improvement over the old system. The soft-top and frame are in great shape.

Ich habe den xk gekauft - fast alle Angabe sind falsch. Der Motor war ein Totalschaden, viele Korrosienschäden vorhanden wie zum Beispiel in den Standlichtern, Scheinwerfer, Reserveradboden, und unter dem Armaturenbrett, und so weiter. Der Getriebetunnel wurde an das Getriebe
unfachmännisch angepasst sodass kein Originalteppich passt. Der XK wurde offensichtlich an einem Strand oder in der Wüste gefahren, da überall (auch in den Vergasern) Sand festgestellt wurde.
Nach einer Inverstition von ca.€ 50.000,00 ist der XK wieder einwandfrei und fährt sehr schön.
ICh habe vergessen, dass das Verdeck außen OK war, dafür sind innen im wahrsten Sinne der Worte die Fetzen herunter gehagngen.
Inder Türen war überall Rost! Von perfekten Spaltmassen kann keine Rede sein. Die Motorhaube ein Zusammengestztes etwas.
Schlichtweg war der Verkauf der reinste Betrug
