Same photos of same car appear under 670056.Car was RHD during restoration in 2005,converted to LHD.Engine No. would suggest mid Dec.'49,but inconsistent with build date of 16 Feb.'50.Water elbow outlet C2449 p.9 would be correct for engine No.W1251 and subs.Photo of JDHT certificate would clarify

everything above I believe is incorrectly listed here as the photos are of 670056. Cecil cars probably restored 670056 not this car.
I have no record of this car at all apart from its initial delivery and it would be great to get everything deleted from this chassis number

cecil-cars.com has 9 photos of 660052 under restoration, set up for RHD(see torque Arm C2341 p.6C and Clutch Shaft C2418 p.19) but with later Breather Housing and Intake Manifold. 660056 in Cecil Cars' name shows RHD.

Presumably the reference to 660052 is a mistake ?

everything listed above including the Distributor is wrong the pictures are of 670056 when it was auctioned by Sotheby's/Christie's in France back in the mid 2000's.
Whoever listed the car under 660052 meant to list a car under 660056 and it has just got worse
Can everything on this page be deleted.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
