From info found on the web written by Gary Hershoren:
www.xkclub.com/pdf/usa.pdf
The current owner of this 1954 XK120 DHC ( 667248 ) is Mr.
T.J.Watson He has been able to identify the first owner as 'the
intriguing' Baron Von Distler of London. In this instance,
Henlys of London was the original distributor. The numbers are as
follows: engine F2992-8, body P2563, gearbox JL22448. Mr.
Watson used the car as a regular driver after its purchase in
1983. Then began a series of restoration attempts and
disappointments. After three tries, the car is now nearing
completion at a shop in Montreal.
