Sellers description:
XK120 Roadster
I am selling one of my projects, that I will never get to. This 1950 XK120 is a car that is in need of a full restoration. This is really a pretty solid car except for the battery area and the inner side panel behind the B post. There is also rust in one of the lower front fenders. These are all shown in the pictures. The rear trunk area is pretty darn solid. As most of you know this is where they normally have bad cancer. There is some pitting on the spare tire tray but still seems strong. This is a non-numbers matching car. The engine is a later 120 engine with a matching numbers cylinder head. The transmission is from an XK140. I tried to take pictures of everything. I am sure there are a few things missing but the only things I can see is the boot latch and handle assembly. I do have spats for the car but forgot to take pictures of them. I will try to add pictures of them later. This is a great car to restore. The car can also be seen anytime. It is in Winnsboro, TX.
