This early Jaguar XK120 was constructed as such on the 14th of June 1950 for the export market. In 1995 it was imported from France to the UK by Chelsea Cars and in 2001 sold to a London collector. In turn he conducted a total restoration to its original specifications and imported it in Greece. It is now part of a Jaguar collection and recently received a full maintenance service for show or regularity drive purposes.

Pleasingly uncluttered by bonnet strap, extra lights and mirrors, etc. Paint job looks fabulous.
However, the seats have been upholstered by someone who never looked at another XK.
As for the assertion that "only very few early cars" had alloy doors, bonnet and boot lid, this is a nonsense, as ALL non-alloy XK120 roadsters were to this spec. It is presumably an attempt to jump on the alloy roadster bandwagon. Naughty!
