Current bid $50,000 reserve not met, 1 bid 6 days left in auction. Buy it now price $74,500. 59k miles.

    Sellers description:
The XK120 we offer today has lived a charmed life. The previous owner purchased it in 1990 from an enthusiast who used the car exclusively as a show car and brought it out only to show it in various concourses and events. According to the previous owner, the restoration was completed by a nationally recognized restoration shop in the 1980s and, while it doesn't necessarily look like a brand new job, it is holding up exceptionally well. The previous owner owns a large dealership on Cape Cod, and he maintained the car with absolutely no expenses spared--and it shows. This gentleman used this Jaguar as his personal car, driving it to touring events and regularly exercising it on long jaunts. The car was maintained so as to be reliable for touring use around New England. The next owner will be inheriting an excellent drivers car that presents incredibly well. The chrome wire wheels offset the red paint and tan leather trim beautifully. Speaking of trim, the interior on the car has just a touch of patina. As soon as you sit in the luscious leather seats, you know why these cars were so ground breaking in the 1950s.

While unfortunately the car does not have the correct matching numbers engine, it is a correct Jaguar motor that is in excellent mechanical condition and has the quintessential classic Jaguar rumble. You would never guess that the paint on the car is over 20 years old, and despite minor imperfections, the car looks gorgeous. The tan leather interior is supple and shows only minimal patina. We have gone through the entire car, fixed a few minor things, and made sure that her next owner will be a happy one. The tan tonneau cover is present, as is a brand new top that we have just had fitted. In today's market, Xk-120 roadsters are appreciating with gusto. This car represents a perfect opportunity to invest in a gorgeous, timeless classic, that you can still use and enjoy.
