Henry Rasmussen titels the car as being "The Real Thing" and writes: "This XK 120 is the way it was when new. It has never been tampered with. Never been repainted. Of course, never been restored. The Jaguar XK 120 for sale here is an absolute rarity, which can hardly be found anymore. The 52 XK 120 is in absolute original condition and has not been restored. An absolutely authentic and very beautiful contemporary witness from the early 50s.
