    Monterey, California

    Identification No. S674973

    Engine No. F 2095-8S

    Body No. F 7245

    Documents US Title

Factory-specified as an SE model, with an additional 20 hp over the standard XK 120.

Retains numbers-matching engine, cylinder head, and body

Upgraded with halogen headlamps and seat belts

Accompanied by Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust production record trace certificate, side curtains, tools, and spare

An enticing example of one of the greatest sports cars of all time

As evidenced by its Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust production record trace certificate, chassis number S 674973 is confirmed as a factory XK 120 SE that was completed 11 February 1954 and dispatched to Hoffman Motors in Manhattan, New York on 22 February 1954. It retains its numbers-matching cylinder head and engine block. Though originally specified in Birch Grey over red leather with a Gunmetal soft top, the car is now beautifully presented in a deep red over biscuit leather with a matching tan canvas top and side curtains. It is nicely detailed, albeit with some minor nicks and wear, but overall, is in excellent condition. Chrome is bright, paintwork is well-done and shut lines are consistent and even.

Headlights have been upgraded to halogen units and blackwall tires on chromed wire wheels enhance the exterior appearance, and seat belts have been fitted. The chassis, undercarriage and underhood appearance are neat and tidy, showing pride of ownership while in the care of the consignor. It is accompanied by side curtains, a tool roll, and knock-off hammer, with a spare wheel stowed in the trunk.

Whether your preference is in showing or driving, this is one XK 120 that will not disappoint its new owner.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
