This very nice Jaguar XK120 Drophead Coupe is first registered in 1953. The Jaguar is since 1994 in Holland and has been completely body-off restored. Since the restoration, the Jaguar has driven approximately 1.000 kilometers. The Jaguar still is in a fantastic condition. The paintwork has been very well done and the Jaguar now gets its needed patina. The driving capacities are just formidable. The engine is very fast and runs more then perfect. Lots of money has been spend on the restoration where a full stainless steel exhaust has been installed, even as a new hood and tonneau cover, and interior. The original matching number engine and gearbox are still in the car and have been completely overhauled. The exterior receives an 8 or 8,5 out of 10 while the interior definitely receives a 9.0 out of 10. A fantastic feature of this beautiful Jaguar is that it is complete with approximately 300 pictures of the restoration. So the car comes with a great file of history! In short, a fantastic, maybe one of the best driving XK120’s we ever had in a beautiful color combination with a unique detailed restoration file of approximately 300 pictures. Collection is centrally located near Amsterdam and only 10 minutes from Amsterdam Schiphol Airport.
