Current bid $8,300 reserve not met, 3 bids, 6 days left in auction. 54k miles.
Sellers description:
This Jaguar has been garaged since 1974. It needs a complete restoration. As best I can tell this car is all original, never been butchered or molested.
It was last inspected in 1974 and garaged shortly after. Very little rust on the rear quarters. Aluminum hood, trunk lid, ( bonnet and boot ), and doors.

Car returns to ebay 10/26/19
www.ebay.com/itm/1953-Jaguar-XK-XK120/163917829587
Starting bid: $37,500 reserve not met 0 bids 5 days left in auction, seller kap_ko, car now said to be in Ankeny, Iowa, previously Croyden, PA, 54k miles.
Seller's description:
1953 Jaguar XK120 Drop Head Coupe (DHC); first registration 4-7-54, titled as 1954 – Matching numbers car ready for total restoration. I have a complete title history of this car: the original title is dated 4-7-54, the second title dated 12-1-08, and the third title (its current title) dated 12-11-08. The car has always been stored indoors since I purchased it in 2008. Over the years I have gathered most of parts to complete the restoration, of which I’ve listed below. Included in the parts list are the following new parts: metal pan floors, floorboards, trunk boards, convertible top (hood), aluminum fuel tank, and fuel pump. Some of the other parts need to be restored.
Included Parts List (shown in photos): Bumpers with brackets; front & rear, Taillights, Rear license plate panel with light, Metal floor pans, Wood floorboards, Wood trunk boards , Aluminum fuel tank, Fuel pump. Metal panel under fuel tank, Convertible top (Hood), Windscreen chrome surround, Battery covers, Fuel filler hose, Fuel filler hose cover, Rebuilt radiator, Complete exhaust system, Seats with slides, Windscreen glass, Windscreen gasket, Spare road wheel, Hubcaps, Fender skirts (Spats), Miscellaneous gaskets, nuts, bolts and fittings
The car rolls and steers, but the engine will not turn-over; however, I do have an additional XK engine of the same vintage that I will include with the sale . I have not had the car running, so I do not know the condition of the transmission; however, it does static shift through all the gears. The shock absorber on the right rear is missing.
