Seller's description:
1953 XK120 DHC
Colour British Racing Green
Steering Left (LHD)
As it was the case with many XK’s also chassis number 677959 was immediately exported to the USA, where, according to the car’s extremely sound condition upon her return in 2000 to the “Old Continent”, this Jaguar apparently had lived a rather sheltered life.
Still being “matching numbers” this Jaguar XK120 DHC represented the perfect project for a Belgian enthusiast who undertook a nut & bolt restoration starting from the bare chassis.
The different steps executed with meticulous dedication of this “work of passion” are very well documented with lots of photos taken before and during this restoration.
In the end this perseverance paid off with a smashing result which is obvious on these photos but which can even better been savoured by admiring this Jaguar XK120 “in the flesh”.
We welcome interested parties to visit our classic car showroom and happily invite them for a test-drive. We’re confident that this ultra-classic Jaguar will easily sell itself…
Comes with:
- Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust certificate
- French registration documents
- Documentation on prior life in the USA.
- Photo restoration file.
Easy to register in a European country but also any country worldwide (we sell classic cars all over the world).
