Current bid US $5,300 reserve not met, 10 bids 5 days left in auction, buy it now price $32,500.

Sellers description:
Wonderful base to start a restoration. The body is in great condition. The frame is clean except where previous owners had made adjustments for putting in a Chrysler engine. Many parts are included beyond what is shown in the pictures, these being: 5 chrome wire wheels in good condition, headlamp seals, ashtray, new headlamp chrome fender spears, new dual oil/ water gauge, new wiper arms and blades, and wood flooring kit. The body and frame are matching according to the Heritage Report. The original engine and gearbox did not come with the car when I purchased it--however, an XK120 engine and gearbox will be included should you desire it. This is an early coupe, being the 119th one manufactured.
The walnut burl dash and surround are beautiful, the carpet/boot kit is new, seats professionally reupholstered, grille excellent. Glass is good with the exception of the passenger side windshield which is plexiglass.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
