Sellers description:
This exciting and fast 1952 Jaguar XK120 Fixed Head Coupe sports a vintage Corvette Spec., Chevy 350 V8 - giving a new definition to the term, "Hybrid". Or more correctlly an Old School, 70s-built hot rod. The condition of the body and chassis relative to rust or damage is exceptional. A true survivor comming out of long term indoor storage. We suspect this 300hp, 300olb coupe will keep up with most performance cars on the road, and provide unmatched Jaguar style and elegance. This rare cat has great patina everywhere that speaks to a quality build in the 1970s by a talented, local British sports car enthusiast and restorer. Originally a black car, now painted correct ivory white with red interior. This engine is blueprinted and rebuilt with low mileage. Built to Corvette 300hp specs with low compression 202 big valve heads and RV grind cam allowing the use of regular grade pump gas. Smooth, quiet power combined with a very clean, VERY low rust original superb condition body! Watch for future videos and we do sympathetic restoration to selected areas of the car. Giordanos Vintage Motors loves Hybrids, and this is a great one.
