This car has the same engine number as 675368

Removed the engine number as it appears it was recorded at the factory in the other machine mentioned above. Would appreciate confirmation from current caretaker!

It is good to see this engine deleted as it also appears (correctly) in 675368. The original engine for this car
is F 2594-8

I believe the engine number is correct. The engine number on the block, the head (not currently in the car but in my possession), the builders plate in the car, and on the heritage certificate all have this same number. Could be wrong and would be interested in information to the contrary. Thanks. Bob

Engine number is corrected to F2682-8 per heritage certificate and as installed in car. I had incorrectly typed in F2632-8 which looks like it belongs to 675368. Thanks for picking this up.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
