Sellers description:
As you can see this car is beyond repair. The body is toast. Some of the panels can be used for patch panels perhaps. I think the only good panels are the hood and boot lid. This car seems very complete but rough. The frame has rusted out spots. The drive train is all there and looks original. The trim seems to be mostly complete. The instruments seem to be all there. This would make a great parts car. Car is located 100 miles east of Dallas. I have not title for the car. It will be sold with a bill of sale.

Hilltop Auto stock # 202, this 1956 XK140 fixed head coupe is a fully matching number car and is a true right hand drive XK from the factory, the chassis 804564 verifies this. The car is pretty much complete and will need a total restoration. The original colors from the factory were Pearl Grey with a grey interior. We have a Jaguar Heritage for the car in hand. The car was sold to Mr. Alexander Howden. The original distributor was Henlys of London and the original dealer was L F Dove, Wimbledon, London. The original registration mark was PBY 900 (Croydon).
