The restoration was in fact completed three years ago and "George" as the XK is affectionatley known has just clockefd up 14,000 miles, including trips from the UK to St Petersburg and Porto in Portugal. We arrived home on Sunday after a 2,700 mile trip to Dubrovnik and Sarajevo - so we are seeing the world in XK style. Will be at XK60 at Goodwood too - maybe see you there too ?

Mileage is now 42,000 miles with trips to Istanbul, Morocco and the Arctic Circle in Norway added to the list.

We enjoy the car so much we are niw building another one !
