    Jaguar XK140MC OTS.
Factory build Special Equipment with C-type engine.
Manufactured in december 1954 and Delivered to California in januari 1955.
Sold to Nevada in september 1965.
Discovered in California in 2005 and eventually in 2009 sold to a long time (from 1970) Dutch Jaguar XK collector.
Totally dismantled followed by a high level, body-off, bare metal, nut and bolt restoration with emphasis on originality.
Finished in stunning black with red interior and chrome wire wheels.
The bucket seat back is made by Leaping Cats from Bulkington with the asymetric patern as on the original XK140 competition seats.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
