As I already told, these photos are not the photos of the A815738DN. The photos shown are from a XK120 FHC. A815738DN is an
XK140 FHC KHD. When I bought the car in 2004 it was British Racing Green, interior in Suede Green, and today, 14thMAY2007 these colors are the same. That description of "Doc's Jags", "THANK YOU SOLD ::: TO SPAIN" is because that people is ignorant
about Geography and think that Portugal is somewhere in Spain. No, Portugal is independent Country sinde 1140 (9 centuries) and at that time Spain didn't exist as the country it is today. Instead there were several Kingdoms, which 4 hundred years later decided to go to the unification and Spain was born.Thank you and best wishes,
Joao Goncalves, from Oeiras ( near Lisboa) - PORTUGAL

I'll would like to instal an overdrive switch to operate my overdrive.
I'm intersted by pictures about the overdrive switch fitting to have an idea about the switch support and the way to connect it on the existing throttle.
An another point I'm interested: where are located the two relays?
    Thanks a lot

    Car was at auction 5/15

This particular XK140 fixedhead coupe is a left-hand drive SE example dating back to 1957. The condition of the car can be best described as close to concours. Following a recent restoration, the paintwork has been finished to a very high standard and the shut lines are an absolute joy to behold. The chrome is in beautiful order and the interior has been finished to a very high specification. The dashboard wood is in excellent condition and the seats have been expertly trimmed in matching green hide. The engine bay is also in lovely condition with a stainless steel exhaust manifold and the matching numbers engine shows healthy oil pressure. Being an SE model, it also boasts a close-ratio gearbox with overdrive.

Despite a limited amount of paperwork, this stunning Jaguar is supplied with EU registration papers and must be seen and inspected to be appreciated. Unquestionably, this XK140 offers an exciting turn-key opportunity for its next owner and would require only very minor fettling to bring up to concours condition. It is with confidence that we state Silverstone Auctions have not seen a better one through our auctions and it even comes with extremely rare fitted Jaguar luggage, ideal for continental touring.
