I believe that the XK 120/140 DHC is simply the perfect combination of sports/touring/classic automobile produced. Albeit, I am stuck in the limey past, MG's and Healey's, etc, and my current TC is a color match (except leather) for this very nice 140 DHC. I am currently considering a 120 DHC at this moment.

Be that as it may, one or the other, 120 or a 140 DHC is definitely in my list of must have's. I see that the prices have slipped in recent years and I also don't think these cars are as appreciated as they should be. My cars are driven, enjoyed and properly cared for, and rest assured, within a few months I'll have captured my Jaguar.

    Travel well, get home safe.

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
