For sale via Twyford Moors Classic Cars Ltd.

"This aluminium Jaguar C-Type replica was built by Berry's Garage using parts supplied by Proteus in the early 1990's. The identity of the car has come from an original right hand drive Jaguar XK150 FHC.

The engine is a 3.8 litre fast road sepcification unit breating though tiple Weber carburetors and K&N air filters. The suspension MK2, the car features disc brakes all around and a close ratio gearbox with overdrive.

This is a well presented C-Type replica with aluminium body work by Proteus (probably the best know C-Type replica experts). The car has been well maintained and is ready to use and enjoy."

The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
