1959 Jaguar XK 150 FHC. I've owned and garaged this car for the last 30 years.

In my relative youth I foolishly cut the top off with a grinder. I have saved all the pieces and don't believe it would be difficult re-attach, given the clean cut. I also have all the chrome and windows. This is one of the most beautiful automobiles ever made.

A really nice 1959 Jaguar xk 150 , it is a drop head coupe, it was originally a coupe, it has been very nicely converted at a cost of over 10,000 dollars just in the correct top and frame alone, not to mention the other 1500 hours and 35000 plus in parts reciepts, the car is beautiful and has all matching number motor, head, trans etc, i bought the car in california and it has a new mexico title, but it was not rust free so i brought it to my shop to do a few things! and 2 years later here is what i have! the car runs and drives around the block, but could use final sorting, timing adjusting, carburettor tuning,etc has new brakes, every piece of exterior chrome either new or replated, except one chrome motif bar on the trunk, all new lights, new wire wheels, new tires, new convertible top and headliner and frame , engine polished and worked on as needed, new porcelain exhaust manifolds, new floors, new sills, new trunk area, new battery box areas, new rubber, etc etc etc all that said, the cars i have seen listed are 30,000 on up to 60,000 for projects that need EVERYTHING. cars that are finished to this level are 90 to 135,000 but i am not a dreamer and i am going to sell my car, my reserve is much less, YOU CAN NOT BUILD OR BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR MY RESERVE , i am burnt out on working on it, i can bolt in the seat, and put on the door panels but they are just ok ,not new like everything else, i have the door glass windows but they will not be installed, i can not find the rear window channels that the door glass slides in. the doors need more adjusting to close better. the fuel gauge is not working but i have another one that goes with, the car has 2, 6 volt batteries and is positive ground, the radio was working but not now? someone is going to get a great car at a great price.
