Mechanically, the engine, transmission, starter, steering, suspension, and rear end have all been rebuilt. to correct numbers-matching factory specifications (original vin tag). Car was imported to New Zealand by Paul A. Salt, probably in the 80s. Car is mentioned in "The Jaguar XK120 in the Southern Hemisphere" by John Elmgreen & Terry McGrath.
