Ebay item 12/8/17
www.ebay.com/itm/1953-Jaguar-XK-SE/132423303653
Current bid US $18,600 reserve not met 12 bids 9 days left in auction, seller leftcoastclassics, 88k miles.
Sellers description:
1953 Jaguar XK120 SE "M" Sport Roadster Open Two Seater OTS for sale. This California Car was built New Year's Eve of 1952 and sold new in Suede Green over Suede Green with a French Grey top at world-famous Hornburg Jaguar on the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles. The current owner purchased this car and restored it in the early 2000's. It was treated with new paint, interior and a fully rebuilt engine using the matching number block. It has traveled 1,100 miles since.
The interior was purchased at XK's unlimited and includes a brand new matching cloth top as well as the original frame and side curtains. It's a very comfortable car to drive in with very little use over the last 15 years.
The body was stripped and repainted and still looks very nice. The windshield frame was re-chromed as well as a few other pieces at the time of the restoration.
This is a very nice driver-quality car that is in mechanically strong condition. Clear, California title in-hand. Available for delivery immediately. An excellent car to enjoy now, and especially since it is the SE "M" version making it an extra-fun Jaguar to drive. Call Donn with your questions.
