Model XK120 Drophead Coupe
This Auggust 1954 Jaguar XK120 Special Equipment Model is finished in one of the most Flamboyant colour schemes Jaguar did, she boasts individuality from her rare Pastel blue paint work to the blue contesting leather interior and her matching blue soft top and carpets.
Originally sold by Max Hoffman (New York Jaguar) to a Dr G H Wadsworth in Carolina, she has lived in Carolina all her life before moving to the UK a few years ago, completely rust free and having never seen rain this is very clear to see.
She boasts full matching numbers, plus matching colours all backed up buy the Jaguar Heritage Certificate and displays a mere 19,000 miles on the odometer.
The polished wooden dash board sets the scene for what is a truly amazing driving experience, all the clock and buttons are in place, the chrome work is in fantastic condition along with the wire wheel, all carpets are like new and the mohair soft top is perfect.
The engine and gearbox are all in great working order, along with the paint work and underside of the car.
Included in the sale are the jack and spare wheel along with some owner's manual and original jaguar brochures. Not to be missed.
