This car was originally owned by Peter Pinkney in Southland, New Zealand. He used to race it and it competed several times against the XK140 fhc which I own, S804481 DN. I would love to make contact with the present owner, as I can help with some of it's competition history which I have uncovered while researching my car. It was originally British Racing Green.

According to factory records, the correct chassis number of this car is S807328. It was despatched to Henlys, London, and sold via Boorer's Garage , Worthing, West Sussex.
The car that Phil Benvin was trying to trace is S807382DN.
