1955 Jaguar XK-140 Roadster Open Two Seater, with known Arizona and California history back to the 1960's, and in excellent condition throughout.

It includes an extremely detailed history binder, with receipts, details of prior ownership and restoration, and old photos of the car.

It is stunning in black lacquer, with red leather interior and chrome knockoff wire wheels.

It runs and drives beautifully, with lots of power . The brakes have been rebuilt recently, and it's ready for action now!

It's equipped with:
* 3 1/2 litre six cylinder overhead cam engine, rebuilt with receipts and extensive documentation. It's a proper Jaguar XK engine, but not the original one to this car.
* dual SU Carburettors
* 4 speed transmission
* Chrome wire wheels with knockoff hubs
* full instrumentation, all functional
* Top and sidecurtains

The Paint is lovely, deep smooth lacquer, done at the time of restoration around 1981, and showing only the most minor of flaws, notably a couple of cracks near the trunk lid handle. The plating is also beautiful. The leather seats are beautiful, and the top is in good condition. This car has had excellent care and careful long term owners, and it shows up in how nice the car is. It is not a showcar, rather a very beautiful car that you can drive and enjoy now.
