The car left Browns Lane on 07 May 59. The original Jaguar Manufacturer’s Guarantee is dated 22 Feb 62 issued to an owner in Sydney, Australia. Possibly the car was left in the UK from its dispatch until shipped to Australia but the facts surrounding this unusual event are not known.
