This Jaguar XK150 DHC is in original condition, which is so very rarely seen now. The car was sold new in 1958 to a Mr JD Smith, by Charles Attwood of Wolverhampton. This car stood in a barn for almost 30 years until being rescued recently and comes complete with matching numbers verified by Jaguar Heritage, history file and heritage certificate. The car is also in its original Cornish Grey exterior with red leather interior and original hood and is the rare factory right hand drive model.

The car is available for sale either as it stands, ripe for a restoration project or alternatively it will be subject to a full body off, nut and bolt rebuild by our own factory-trained technicians here at Classic Car Lab. Should the purchaser choose this option, the car will undergo a comprehensive programme of restoration which will utilise as much originality as possible and any new parts required will be sourced only from the country's leading specialists.

This is, therefore, a wonderful opportunity for the purchaser to decide on all aspects of the restoration of this classic car to their own individual tastes and specification including upgraded engine, 5-speed gearbox, bespoke power steering, left or right hand drive, and choice of interior and exterior colour combination. This Jaguar XK150 offers the new owner the privilege of enjoying many years of fantastic classic motoring.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
