Ebay item 3/19/15
Current bid US $24,100 reserve not met 13 bids 9 days left in auction.
This is an ultra-rare opportunity to acquire a genuine, matching number, Jaguar XK150 S roadster restoration project. This car is virtually complete, and by no means as rusty as many other projects we see. The convertible top frame is missing at least one bow, and as with any project that is partly disassembled, you can assume that other sundry items will be missing. Having said that, we do not believe this car is missing any significant components.
This particular car was built on July 8, 1958 (see Heritage certificate), but is titled as a 1959 model. It still has the engine and overdrive transmission with which it left the factory, making it a fully matching number car.
You are welcome to inspect the car at Classic Jaguar in Austin, Texas prior to the auction closing.
