This 1959 Jaguar XK150 is a left-hand-drive, open two-seater that was delivered new in the US through Jaguar Cars of New York and has spent over 50 years within the same family. Finished in Pearl Grey over red upholstery, the car was refurbished many years ago and has remained in storage for the last several years. The numbers-matching 3.4-liter DOHC straight-six remains fitted and is paired with the original four-speed manual gearbox. Additional equipment includes overdrive, twin SU carburetors, four-wheel Dunlop disc brakes, 16” wire wheels, a chrome luggage rack, and a wood-rimmed steering wheel. This XK150 is now offered on behalf of the late owner’s wife with a jack, top frame, Jaguar Heritage Trust certificate, owner’s manuals, and a clean Colorado title.
he 3.4-liter DOHC straight-six features twin SU HD6 carburetors and was rated for 190 horsepower from the factory. The rear wheels are driven through a four-speed manual gearbox with Laycock de Normanville overdrive. The seller notes that the car has spent several years in storage but has been started and driven in preparation for the sale. A new battery was installed in 2020.
