Sellers description:
This 1959 XK150 roadster is a fully matching number car. The numbers are as follows: chassis number S831154DN, engine number V5111-8, gearbox number JL8416300 and body number F16156. It came through from the factory with the desirable overdrive option and the wire wheels. The man who owned it previously, put a lot of care and love into the car. I believe the mileage is to be true. The engine bay is not missing a screw out of it and everything in it is the way it came from the factory. The original spark plug wires and plugs are still in the car. The original hose clamps are still on the car. This XK150 still has the original interior in it as well. The inner door handles work fine as well as the roll up and down windows. As you can see on the door panels they are still as they were when the factory put them on. The soft top is missing, but as you can see the hood frame for the soft top is still intact. The only other things misssing that I can see are the tools and the jack. It is unusual to find a car at this age still in the original condition as the way the factory produced it. This car is for restoration. As the car is so original it makes it a desirable project. The chassis is weak on the driver's side rear as shown in the photos. The car steers and rolls so it can be shipped easily. I do have a clear title on the car.
