Restored by Alan Gerard, and rated 99.99667 in Championship division of Jaguar Clubs of North America at its 2000 Concours. Appraised in December 2000, by Gary Lee’s Classic Auto Appraisal Service as a 1.0 rating (1.0 = “mint/show/perfect”), valued at $125,000. Lee described it as, “What a great car! One of the best XK150’s in the world.” Also, it won Best in Class plus Best of Show at the July, 2000 All British Field Meet. Appraised recently (March 2010) by AVM Automotive Appraisal, valued at $127,600.
Black with black convertible top; red Connolly seats; Wilton wool carpets; chrome wire wheels and knockoffs; 3.4 liter engine; 4 speed with overdrive; stretch satin custom car cover.
