On Facebook: XK150 Roadster, purchased from California just as lockdown set in (2020). S832129DN is a very solid, believed low mileage, car with a (generous) handful of body and other issues rather than the normal truck-load of issues - a good result I think. Interestingly it was supplied new in Panama, moved to New Mexico then California before I shipped it home to South Wales UK. Unfortunately, the largely original paintwork cannot sensibly be saved in this UK climate and so a full restoration ensues. I’m under no illusion that it will take time, money and persistence but that’s half the fun (apart from the money bit!).

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
