    For sale in New Zealand.
    It was purchased from Chester
    Lee Parker in Santa Rosa in December 1983. This conversion was done by Andy
    Culpin at Heritage in 1991. It was 2nd in the 1992 Concours at Ellerslie Auckland New Zealand.

    Peter, Santa Rosa is in California so that must be a yes.Chester is an uncommon name so assume its the same person. Not me selling so cant be any more helpful than that. cheers.
