car is for sale at Catawiki:

www.catawiki.com/en/l/48725215-jaguar-xk-150-fhc-1959

Description:

The Jaguar is originally from the USA and is therefore a left-hand-drive car. The coveted 3.5 litre six-cylinder engine with 190 hp and 2 carburettors is installed, which was completely reworked in 2015. All engine parts, such as pistons, valves and all bearings, have been replaced. All engine components, radiator, water pump etc. were of course also completely replaced.
The manual transmission with the downstream overdrive was also completely overhauled in 2015 by a renowned Jaguar company in the Netherlands.

All invoices, receipts and also extensive photo documentation is of course also available.

These are the original engine and transmission numbers. In recent years, all chassis parts have been overhauled and the wear parts renewed.

The interior is in perfect condition, the leather is flawless and in a beautiful red colour combination that fits perfectly with the grey exterior paintwork. It is the original exterior colour: mist grey.

The last service with all oil changes was just carried out. The certificate from Jaguar about the delivery condition is commissioned. During past restoration, the interior including the red Conolly leather interior and the steering wheel has been completely renewed of course. The carpets and the headliner are as good as new.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
