Sellers description:
1959 Jaguar XK150 Fixed Head Coupe with rare original pearl grey on red leather color combination. Sold new to a customer in Orinda, California. Manual transmission with overdrive. A garaged West Coast car with zero rust and 78,472 miles, freshly restored to factory specifications, per Jaguar's Heritage Certificate: The body was dismantled, taken to metal, prepped and hand blocked, and finished in the original pearl grey. All body seals and rubbers were replaced new. Interior is new red leather, professionally fitted and installed. The original numbers-matching engine was overhauled at Vintage Jag Works, by Walt Osborn himself. Undercarriage has been dry-ice blasted and cleaned to metal, then sealed with epoxy primer for 30-year rust protection. All factory spot welds are visible and in pristine condition. Beautiful in all respects, too many details to list. Runs and drives excellent. One of the finest XK models on the market.
