The Jaguar XK150 that we are showing you was first registered in 1960 in the United States like most production units. Arrived here in its original configuration (black exterior and interior), it was redone a long time ago and has a slight patina (only a veil of paint was redone recently). For the sake of aesthetics, the current owner decided to give his Jaguar a competition look with the addition of fog lights, the removal of the front and rear bumpers and the addition of a leather strap on the hood. On the outside, this XK150 therefore looks very good and these modifications give it a lot of character. They give the coupe an aggressive or even bestial appearance on the front. The interior is in its original condition although the upholstery was recently redone, the headlights work but the meters should be checked so that they can also work.
Mechanical level, the Jaguar behaves well on the road; braking is good and fairly straight, acceleration is straightforward and the manual 4-speed non-synchronized gearbox works well after some adaptation time. A bespoke exhaust was added to the car and it is really the sound it makes that is spellbinding about this car; added to this its particular aesthetic, this Jaguar is a good opportunity to stand out as much in rally and gatherings as in concours d'elegance.
With its recently revised engine, we offer you a car full of charm.
