Car has a buy it now price of $75,000 for 19 days, seller xkclassicslondon, car now said to be in Dunmow, UK, sold at above auction for $55,000.

Sellers description:
Manufactured 7 July 1959 and shipped to Jaguar Cars, New York on 23 July for onward shipment to California where it has spent its entire life and as such is totally rust free and has matching numbers. The car underwent a complete restoration in the USA and is still in concours condition having covered only a minimal mileage.
The restoration of this rust free car was exceptionally well executed resulting in a car that will give years of pleasure to the new owner.

The interior is superbly trimmed in luxurious red leather and has been enhanced with a period Moto-Lita steering wheel. In addition, lap seat belts are fitted as a safety measure.

During the restoration the car has been upgraded with a custom air conditioning system designed for Jaguar car of this period. This, coupled with the silky smooth Borg-Warner automatic transmission make this XK150 an easy to drive, excellent cruising car in any climate.

The exterior is further enhanced with chrome wire wheels and brand new Blockley radial tyres, which make an excellent contrast with the white paint work.

For any potential customers in other countries we can offer assistance in shipping. Of course, the car has full British documentation provided by DVLA in addition to copies of the previous USA Title.

This XK150 was manufactured on 7th July 1959 and shipped to Jaguar Cars, New York on 23rd July. The car underwent a complete restoration in the USA and is described by the vendor as still in concours condition, having covered only a minimal mileage. The restoration of this rust free car was exceptionally well executed, resulting in a car that will give years of pleasure to the new owner.

The interior is superbly trimmed in luxurious red leather and has been enhanced with a period Moto-Lita steering wheel. In addition, lap seat belts are fitted as a safety measure. After returning from the USA, the front suspension has been overhauled and fitted with a poly-bush kit and fully aligned, which has resulted in much more modern and accurate handling. A comprehensive engine service has been carried out with overhauled carburettors featuring a correct working vacuum choke system.

The silky smooth Borg-Warner automatic transmission makes this XK150 an easy to drive, excellent cruising car in any traffic conditions. An after-market air conditioning system has been fitted but is currently disconnected.

The exterior is further enhanced with chrome wire wheels and set of new Blockley black-wall tyres which make an excellent contrast with the white paint work.
