Car to be at auction 3/24
www.aguttes.com//lot/147038/24510123-1960-jaguar-xk150-cabriolet-38

Auction description:
Aguttes Lot 43
70000 - 90000 EUR
Result: 101,427EUR
1960 Jaguar XK150 Convertible 3.8
* Swiss registration document / Temporary importation car, customs duties to pay
Chassis no. S838466

Our XK 150 convertible is in very good general condition, it benefited from a complete quality restoration before its current owner acquired it in 2004.
Its midnight blue paint is well stretched and has a beautiful shine, only a few minor defects should be noted; the chrome is also in satisfactory condition, as is the convertible top.
In the passenger compartment, the tan upholstery and woodwork are in very good condition, the carpets and hood lining are more marked by the years
Its road test proved very satisfactory, its 3.8 l 6-cylinder engine starts like clockwork and operates optimally; the handling of the gearbox is also smooth and smooth
The underpinnings are clean and free of corrosion, note that the identification numbers of the chassis and engine have been retyped, certainly during the restoration

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
