This car we are offering for sale has undergone a body off restoration. It was finished in the original and stunning color of British Racing Green with new leather biscuit interior with all new carpeting (the carpet is covered in the pictures). In addition, a new cloth top was installed with side curtains and a tonneau cover as well. It is an excellent running car that has the distinct Jaguar deep throated exhaust note. This Jaguar has excellent compression across every cylinder. It would be difficult to find a better driving XK. A new wiring harness was installed during the restoration. Furthermore, all the chrome was redone. There are receipts of the restoration available along with pictures of the process. The engine compartment and underside are both very clean as can be seen in the pictures. One cannot restore a Jaguar XK120 for the price of this car. This is one of the most desirable of colors for an XK or any Jaguar and is available for a fair price. This is NOT a JCNA Concours or Show car. It is a driver to be enjoyed!! Representing the XK150 in its ultimate configuration, this 3.8-litre drophead coupé benefits from numerous desirable upgrades, which were incorporated during the course of its restoration between October 2010 and February 2011 (the engine was not restored). Carried out by marque specialists Eagle GB, the work included fitting a five-speed gearbox, electronic ignition system, stainless steel exhaust, new brakes, electric cooling fan, coolant overflow tank, and chromed wire wheels shod with Pirelli tyres. In addition, a new hood and frame were installed by Allon White Sports Cars, Cranfield in January 2015. The lighting too has been brought bang up to date, featuring low-energy headlamps and LED flashing indicator bulbs, supplied by Better Car Lighting. In August 2015 the under-body and cavities were given a Dinitrol anti-rust treatment, which was checked and redone in April 2017.

Described by the private vendor as in excellent condition this extensively upgraded XK150 drophead is offered with restoration invoices, MoT to February 2018, and a V5C Registration Certificate. A set of four fitted suitcases (two for the boot, two for the rear seats) is included in the sale.
