Recipient of a Concours standard restoration - 1 of only 68 3.8 S DHC examples built in RHD - First issued registration still applies today - 300 HYR - Finished in its original specification - Factory 4-speed manual with overdrive - Documented history from 1965 to the present day on file - Listed in the international XK register - Fitted with EZ power steering and inertia seat belts As per the Heritage certificate on file, this exquisite 'S' example is presented in its original colour combination of glorious Maroon coachwork with Biscuit hide, matching hand stitched top roll, door cards and leather bound Wilton carpets. The hood is Charcoal Black mohair with matching hood bag and lined in the correct West of England wool, Maroon Wilton over carpets with twin heel pads. Burr Walnut surrounds the instruments, gleaming chrome wire wheels with two ear spinners, leaping big 'cat' standing proudly on bow and Gold painted cylinder head with triple 2 inch SU carburettors fitted.
