This is not a VAS 3.8 engine, the block stamping was VS but is now VAS, the cyl. head stamping however looks original, the ID plate on the firewall is a reproduction with different numbers from the original.

VS 1003-9 is allocated to car 830340

VAS 1003-9 has yet to surface, but it should have a chassis number T-8321?? nowhere near 831798
