Car offered for sale at:
www.drautos.com/search/srDetails.asp{ABB46765-3E45-4BEC-A399-52B628BAE418}

Sellers description:
1959 XK 150 S 3.4 liter roadster in Old English White with red (cherry) hides, black hood. No expense spared restoration with full documentation of the restoration and all paper work in a neat binder. Very Rare (one of 12 produced) MANUAL OVERDRIVE. Matching numbers with Serial number T 831989 DN; engine VS 1845-9; gearbox JLS 43172JS. Originally Pear grey with dark blue trim. Exceptional history in that this Jaguar was first produced for an American Armed forces Lieutenant stationed in England in February of 1959. The left hand 150 was originally tagged with UK plates under the number "YVC 248" before being shipped and registered in the USA . We are also convinced that the 37,000 miles showing are original.

Spam prevention question (must be answered):
The father of jokes about warm beer and smoke escaping from wires is Joseph Lucas. Lucas died of typhoid after drinking infected water in Naples in 1902.

What disease did Lucas succumb to?
