Sellers description:
This 1950 XK120 is an early car. It has no heater and there are no side vents on the fenders. It has the chrome on the side lights, the smooth cam covers, the all in one fuel and oil pressure gauge and the 3 point headlights, which all indicate it to be an early car. It is British Racing green with a black interior. The frame is in super nice condition. The body all in all is not tremendously bad. It had the sills and the shut posts taken off 30 years ago and that was as far as the restoration went. So the sills and shutposts will need to be replaced. The car is missing the jack, the tool kit, the soft top frame and the transmission cover. It does have the spare wheel, which is not shown. The gas tank is in the car. All the rubber that surrounds the top of the doors, dash and behind the seats is with the car. The steering on the car is not working at the moment. The steering box is there, but the rack adjuster is missing on it. The car does roll. The brakes are going to be need to be done. The numbers are as follows: chassis 670873, body F2102, engine W2203-8 and gear box JB4259. This car of course is for restoration.
