Classified ad price: £57,500, seller fayreoakclassics.
Seller's description:
1953 JAGUAR XK120 SE COUPE
CHASSIS NUMBER S680642
DELIVERED NEW TO A MR J H MILNER, OF OREGON USA, ON THE 22nd JANUARY 1953, IN BIRCH GREY / RED LEATHER, BEEN WITH CURRENT OWNER SINCE THE 70s.
RESTORATION STARTED, NEW FLOORS, PAINTWORK, ALL NEW CHROME, WE HAVE A NEW RED LEATHER TRIM AND RUBBERS THAT, COMES WITH THE CAR, AND BOXES OF OTHER BITS. I THINK THE ONLY THING MISSING IS THE WINDSCREEN
THE ENGINE HAS HAD A COMPRESSION TEST AND RUN FOR A SHORT WHILE, AND ALL SEEMS GOOD.
I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY PAINTED THE CAR, BEFORE REMOVING THE ENGINE FOR A DETAIL OF IT AND ENGINE COMPARTMENT ?. UNDERNEATH IS ALL GOOD.
