Restored by McCabe Automotive Restorations, Ltd. of Mundelein, Illinois
3.4-liter inline six-cylinder engine; four-speed manual transmission
Finished in red with Biscuit colored Connelly leather
Accompanied by Jaguar Daimler Heritage Trust Certificate
This XK 140 was restored by McCabe Automotive Restoration of Mundelein, Illinois and is believed to have only been driven a few thousand miles since completion. Indy Motorkraft of Carmel, Indiana rebuilt the engine, transmission, and dual carburetors, ensuring the Roadster performed as well as it looked. New front and rear brake drums, a new clutch, and new transmission bearings and seals were also fitted at this time. Biscuit-colored Connelly leather covers the seats, while the convertible top is also a matching-color canvas, contrasting nicely with the red exterior paint.
This XK 140 comes with a JDHT production record trace certificate, knock-off hammer, parts catalog, service manual, XK140 supplement, and other Jaguar literature.
